The Bellagio Florals Process

Below is a summary of our process and frequently asked questions



Once you fill out our wedding form, we'll schedule a time to introduce ourselves and discuss everything floral related for your wedding day!



Within 72 hours of our consultation, we'll send you an itemized quote of everything we discussed. We can edit your quote as needed to stay within your budget.


Secure Your Flowers

After we come up with a final quote, we'll send you a contract to sign. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our availability for your date. Once you've officially joined the Bellagio Family, we'll send you a Detailed Floral Lookbook to make sure everything floral related runs smoothly on your wedding day! 


Wedding Month

A month prior to your wedding we will do a final check in with you to revise any last minute changes so that we can submit your flower order with our vendors. The week leading up to your wedding we will start preparing and designing everything floral related so that you can enjoy your special day with everyone you love and care for!


Do you offer a consultation or initial meeting to discuss our wedding flower ideas and vision?
Yes, we meet with every couple and/or wedding planner after our wedding form is filled out to discuss your floral vision more in depth.

Do I need a wedding planner to work with you? 
A wedding planner is not required to book us, but majority of our full service couples tend to have a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator assisting with their wedding day.

How far in advance should we book your services for our wedding date?
We typically start receiving inquiries 12-14 months out. Peak wedding months tend to book out a year in advance - May, June, September & October.

What is required to book with you?
Once we come up with a final quote, we'll send you a contract to sign. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. The remainder won't be due until 30 days prior to your wedding day.

How far do you travel for weddings? 
We are based out of Indiana, but will travel anywhere around the Midwest for full service weddings. Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Louisville, Madison, Milwaukee, and St. Louis are all major cities we can service. We are also able to accommodate select destination weddings inside the United States or internationally.

What do you offer additionally that you typically wouldn't see from other wedding florists?
Our couples and planners we work with really appreciate the detailed floral lookbooks we send out a couple months prior to a client's wedding day. This is something additional we offer for all of our brides to ensure everything floral related runs smoothly on your wedding day. We can also provide digital mockups or sketches of centerpieces, ceremony installations, etc. For our Grand Royale couples, they receive a complimentary bridal bouquet preservation.

What is a floral lookbook? 
A floral lookbook features the various flower varieties and color palette that will be used for your wedding. We also include photo inspiration and details for bridal bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony installations, and other personalized arrangements. We also include quantities of every arrangement to confirm we are delivering the correct amount on your wedding day.

Can you accommodate last-minute changes or additions to the floral arrangements? 
Yes, we allow changes up until 30 days prior to your wedding as long as they're not significant.

How do you stay updated with the latest floral design trends and techniques for luxury weddings? 
We regularly participate in floral workshops, courses, and industry conferences. These opportunities allow us to learn from the best in the business, keep up with emerging trends, and gain new techniques that we can apply to our designs.
